I'm Stewart, an independent information security consultant based in New Zealand. I work with some of the country's largest companies, helping them navigate the ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape. Koru Security is the brand I operate under.

I spent nearly a decade working in the UK before returning to New Zealand in 2018 to start a family.

I've been working in the cybersecurity sector for basically all of my professional career and have a broad area of expertise - I started originally in the network and security space (firewalls, switching, routing), and now operate more generally in security consulting space. My work covers a wide range of areas, from technical security assessments and technical leadership, to architecture and strategy.
